Rituraj Singh is a seasoned restaurateur with over fifteen years of extensive experience in basmati rice procurement. Backed by a strong and dedicated team, including an experienced Quality Control Manager, and operating from his office in Amritsar, he ventured into sourcing premium basmati paddy.
By collaborating with reputed rice mills for processing, he has consistently delivered superior-quality basmati rice that meets international standards. With deep market knowledge and hands-on expertise across the procurement and processing cycle, Rituraj has successfully executed numerous large-scale export consignments over the years.
His commitment to quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships has positioned him as a trusted name in the basmati export industry.

Sulekha Pandey

Sulekha Pandey is a Postgraduate in Marketing and HR, with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Since 2002, she has been associated with leading hospitality groups, handling global responsibilities across diverse operational and strategic domains.
Currently serving as a Director at a global consulting forum, she brings extensive expertise in understanding and addressing the evolving needs of the hospitality sector. Her strong administrative acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional management capabilities have consistently been her core strengths, enabling organizations to achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Mr. Vishwanath Pandey

Mr. Vishwanath Pandey brings over 30 years of rich experience in India’s hospitality industry, having worked with some of the country’s finest hotels and restaurants. His extensive hands-on exposure to commercial kitchen operations gave him deep insight into how ingredient quality directly impacts performance, taste, consistency, and profitability.
Recognizing recurring sourcing challenges and quality inconsistencies in the market, he cofounded Total Ingredients with a clear vision — to bridge this critical gap by delivering reliable, high-quality food products tailored to professional kitchen needs.
Over the years, he has successfully set up food service spaces across the globe, including the USA, Oman, Kuwait, Germany, Dubai, Malaysia, and extensively across India. His international exposure has equipped him with a strong understanding of global hospitality standards, compliance frameworks, and operational excellence.
His entrepreneurial foresight, operational expertise, and commitment to quality continue to drive Total Ingredients toward becoming a trusted name in global agro and food exports.
